As I said, this has been debunked already. This is not new. They are pushing it again, they are brining it back up with renewed vigor, but this is the exact same case as before with a slightly different twist.

This same group, not under the same moniker but with many of the same members, have tried to contest Obama's citizenship at least 6 different ways. Doesn't the fact that they keep trying, and comming at it from different angles, over and over again, tell you that they are just desperate to discredit Obama and don't care how they do it?


And yes, I used sexualized lanague to describe your yearning to be in the privillaged know on a big secret. Birther conspiracy theories are, most definitly, political porn.

The very first sentence of the OP is a specific claim, "The mainstream media has reported the findings of a special task force that the long form birth certificate of Barak Obama, presented by the White House, is a fraud." You must have read this in the "mainstream media" in order to state that they have, "reported the findings of a special task force that the long form birth certificate of Barak Obama...". Most if not all "mainstream media" have websites that post their content. We are asking you to cite the source of your claim. Either you personally saw that report in the media or you're relying on the statements of others that the media has reported what you claim. We'd like to know which is the case and which "mainstream media" reported this. That doesn't require much computer savvy, just the knowledge of how to copy and paste a link.

In a press release today (March 12, 2012), Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio says that he has sent a letter to Director Lawrence Romo of the U. S. Selective Service System, asking him to investigate Obama’s draft registration in the wake of the MSCO volunteer band of birther report that it’s a forgery. This is reported by E. J. Montini at AZCentral.com. Arpaio also wants Romo to “produce the original form so forensic document examiners can analyze the document to determine if it is authentic.” I would assume that the original form is long gone, having been filmed or scanned. I also have seen no information that leads me to believe that the MSCO has any qualified forensic document examiners.

If this were a legitimate inquiry, it would have been made privately and before the Cold Case Posse investigation went public with its own allegations. Doing this now proves that the MSCO investigation wasn’t legitimate in the first place, and this letter is just for publicity. Now that the Maricopa County Sheriff appears to be acting as an agent for WorldNetDaily, we can reasonably expect a regular stream of such announcements about Obama’s birth certificate and related conspiracy theories from him, just has we have seen from WorldNetDaily for over three years now.

It appears the only media outlet giving this contrived issue any attention is the WorldNetDaily, hardly a member of the "mainstream media" and not a credible source of any unbiased reporting.

on Barack Obama in connection with his probe into the president’s 
eligibility, and he calls the media’s suppression of his findings of a 
likely forged presidential birth certificate and Selective Service Card 
“probably the biggest censorship blackout in the history of the United

“I’m not going after the president to keep him off a ballot or anything 
else, but that could happen,” Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio said. “I’m going at 
it strictly as a law-enforcement guy investigating a possible forgery and 
fraud. I’m sticking with that, but I’ll tell you one thing. We got tons of 
other information that could be very shocking, too, but I’m sticking now 
with just the [forgery] investigation and possible criminal violations.”

The lawman from Maricopa County made the comments March 16 on a national 
radio show hosted by Roger Hedgecock.

As WND reported March 1, Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse announced there is 
probable cause indicating the documents released by the White House last 
April purported to be Obama’s original, long-form birth certificate and 
Selective Service registration card are actually forgeries.

He stressed on the radio show his original intent with the posse was to put 
to rest all the claims suggesting Obama was not meeting the constitutional 
requirements to hold the presidency.

“I told these guys, ‘I want you to do a good job. I hope we clear the 
president,’” he explained. “I said give me the microfiche in Hawaii to show 
that he was born in that hospital. Give us the microfiche. I said that six 
months ago. And that would clear everything up. But as we went into it with 
an open mind, now we’re coming to a conclusion that we may have some forged 
documents revolving around this situation.”
When asked about making an arrest, Arpaio said, “We’re trying to identify 
any alleged forger. We haven’t done that yet. … I’m not blaming the 
president, but if they’re forged, someone has to be responsible for doing 
that.”

The sheriff also said that on Friday, he made a decision about where to send 
Obama’s Selective Service Card in order to have that agency “help us or do 
an independent investigation.”

“We have nothing to hide. We’re bringing it to their attention, and see what 
happens,” Arpaio said. “My problem is, there’s a lot of conflicts out here 
to get somebody to look into this. [Regarding] the media … this is probably 
the biggest censorship blackout in the history of the United States. When I 
go to the toilet, I make it in national news. … I just can’t believe the 
media, including the cable media blocking this thing out.”
Arpaio did not specify the agency to which he sent his information and 
request for assistance, and when he was asked by Hedgecock if it were the 
U.S. Selective Service System, the sheriff responded:
“I guess common sense would be to send it to them. The Selective Service 
director is appointed by the president. … They only have 136 employees in 
the whole organization. I presume if I did that, what do you think they’re 
gonna to do with it? The director [Lawrence Romo] who was appointed from San 
Antonio, Texas, eight months into the Obama administration, what do you 
think he’s gonna do? He’s probably gonna call some guy at the White House if 
he can get up to the chief of staff to ask some advice, and then what are 
they gonna do? Give it to the attorney general? I don’t know. … So I’m 
fighting big battles here.”
Arpaio made special note about the issue of Obama’s possibly forged 
Selective Service Card.

“We had a press conference. A lot of people came. They were snickering, 
trying to embarrass me, [saying] this is a pony show trying to get 
publicity,” he said. “However, when we showed the Selective Service Card on 
the screen, you could hear a pin drop.”

Though Arpaio did not focus on Obama’s Social Security Number at his news 
conference, WND has also reported the president may be using a fraudulent 
number, another important piece of information the national news media 
continue to suppress.

The Arpaio findings are not the only items the media are refusing to cover. 
As WND reported yesterday, a full-blown cover-up appears to be taking place 
in connection with WND’s disclosure about a retired U.S. postman who has 
signed a sworn affidavit suggesting Obama was a foreign-born student who was 
receiving financial help to go to Harvard from the parents of domestic 
terrorist Bill Ayers.

Your use of sexualized language reveals that YOU think this issue is a BIG SECRET that must be hidden from the people. YOU believe it is political porn by YOUR own admission. There are plenty of definitive examples and explanations of why the earth is, in fact, round, even though it kinda looks flat from our perspective. You refuse all of that information and say, “Nope! You start out this tread with the photoshop argument has been debunked. Please elaborate on what you mean by that. It has been proven that this electronic birth certificate has been constructed through photoshop. What is in question is the origin of the seal and stamp as a result of the reconstruction. It does not match the stamp used in the 60's and there are none available at this time. The stamps do not exist any longer. In further exam an investigator was able to repliccate something that matches what IS on the electronic record. Key word being replicate. The only way to clear up this mystery is to compare the stamp and seal to what exists in Hawaii, if anything exists at all.

You accuse me of a flat Earth mentality and then YOU want me to believe that you must be right because you could go to a mall and ask 1000 random people a question and 90% would agree with you. Isn't that in fact how the flat Earth mentality started?

Please indicate what you mean by photoshop has been debunked. Are you saying the birth cert was photoshopped? Was not, but in factt a photo of the original document? Why wasn't the original document just photographed and placed in the electronic record? Your whole argument rests on the issue has been debunked. What are your sources?

I used the mall example to demonstrate that there is common knowledge that Obama's birth certificate is thought to be fake by some. That has nothing to do with weather it is true or not, mearly a demonstration that this issue is not a secret or covered up in anyway.

So, basically you are saying that your mall example is irrelevant, since it does not indicate whether what is at question is true or false. And it does not demonstrate whether those polled are informed. Irrelevant!

And, your evidence that this issue has been debunked is the 2 left leaning sources who site "experts" think that MAYBE, or it's possible, or if they could climb into the head of the "expert" at the White House,(since they ruled out that the White House would have some "rookie", kid) that they probably just forgot to turn off the OCR setting off.

No, my source is not tea partiers. Where do you get that from? The source of the findings I speak of is the investigative team, the Cold Case Possee. They are NOT tea party representatives.

But Media Matters is hardly an objective source, they have been labeled by the mainstream media as a mouthpiece for the White House. They actually have a conference call each morning with White House staff to determine the daily talking points.
