Marco Rubio. If the GOP doesn't start appealing to Hispanics, they're going to fade into irrelevancy once Texas goes blue in a couple election cycles. Plus, Rubio appeals to conservatives, and doesn't seem to be as completely inept as Sarah Palin. It's the most logical choice on an illogical ticket.

Condoleezza Rice, she is kick ass, and has a great resume! If Biden were to debate with Rice, she would walk all over that dumb ass. Also, since the media is largely racist and sexist liberals, they would have a hard time attacking the Republican ticket on those issues...far less B.S. over the race and gender issues. Also, if she were V.P. now, perhaps she would change her mind about running for President...she has basically said "not only no, but hell no" in the past.

It doesn't matter who the Republicans pick. It will be some clueless idiot who either doesn't believe that many of the problems facing America exist or doesn't think the government should solve them because it isn't in the interest of the oligarchs.
But truth, Hajjaj was convinced, held many layers.

Who had to make anything up? All that was needed to paint her as a loon was to put her on camera and give her a mic....the media will make up crap just like they did with Palin...
Anyway, I doubt she'd be willing to play second fiddle to Mitt.

I agree.Condoleezza Rice, she is kick ass, and has a great resume! If Biden were to debate with Rice, she would walk all over that dumb ass.
If Obama would dump the “pickled” Biden and choose Condi Rice as his vice I might even be tempted to vote for him, but…. “that would be a huge “hope and change” and even larger might”.
I believe Romney will select Santorum. Don’t know why he would (except to strenghten himself with the conservative voter) but I would lay down a small bet on it right now….before Santorum totally takes himself out of it… with stupid ass comments that he doesn’t even have the excuse of being drunk while making.
Romney and Rice would be a nice change, bring some intelligence to areas that are lacking…. and couldn’t be worse than what we have now. Time to start hoping for change.

Rick Santorum Drops Out: GOP Presidential Candidate Suspends 2012 Campaign
Santorum did not endorse Romney, likely insuring he'll not be Romney's running mate.In a surprise decision Tuesday, former Sen. Rick Santorum (R-Pa.) announced that he is suspending his presidential campaign, all but putting an end to the Republican primary.
"We made a decision to get into this race at our kitchen table, against all the odds, and we made a decision over the weekend that while this presidential race is over for me, and we will suspend our campaign effective today, we are not done fighting," Santorum said during an address in Gettysburg, Pa.
During his 14-minute speech, Santorum notably did not endorse Mitt Romney.
