David Duke is not a source I would rely on. Nevertheless, Chertoff definately was involved with the extended incarceration without charge of several thousand folks whose primary crime was being Muslim immediately after 9/11. Chertoff cannot be accused of respecting the Constitution or individual liberty. Should fit in the Bush administration just fine.

Works for me. I have this real fondness for the First, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth amendments to the Consitution, an affection Chertoff doesn't share.

Thank you for eloquently voicing my opinion.


I tend not to look on traitors who work to subvert the constitution as friends to me, or my country. But that is just one of those whack Libertarian ideals I picked up.
