Knowing Indonesia's officials, I very much doubt it. Having lived in Indonesia for five years, Matt, I would have thought you would be harboring the same doubts, but....I don't know, maybe you haven't had much dealings with corrupt Indonesian officials. But that can't be. They're everywhere. |

But I tend to look at what else is going on in the world, tb, rather than focussing on one single tiny point and saying that all the problems are their fault.
