OK, so "Please, don't bring 'em on"

Quote:
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush (news - web sites) said he regretted sending the wrong impression of the United States when he used phrases like "Bring 'em on" and "dead or alive" in his first term and pledged to be more diplomatic.

In an interview with ABC's Barbara Walters to be broadcast on Friday, Bush said some of his past remarks were too blunt.

"'Bring it on,' was a little blunt," the president said in a transcript of the interview released on Thursday.

So I guess he would prefer he said, "Don't blow up so many of our soldiers," instead of "bring 'em on" and to Osama - "We will bring you to justice if we ever happen to bump into you," instead of that unfortunate "dead or alive" stuff.

Well I'll be. He does learn. Another three or four terms and Bush might become a passible president.

3 or 4 Prison terms?
I disagree, Bush was an incompetant governor and a worse president.

This is just damage control. OBL has been dead a long time now. Do we have proof of life? No. Just doctored tapes. OBL is more valuable as a boogyman, but now that he is dead (remember he was dying 2 1/2 years ago?) It would be convenient to have someone"spot him" in Iran or Syria. But he cant be produced so they have to back track

As for his redneck invitations to murder our troops....Our retard in chief cant undo all the unnecessary killing by "taking it back". You cant put the bullett back in the gun.

It is just damage control, but it is nice to see him admit at least some mistakes.

He hasnt admitted Iraq was a mistake. He said he would do it all over again.

I say send him to Fallujah on Inauguration day, until the end of the war that he started.

Then America can celebrate

Bush regrets the "language" he used in the past, but not his actions.

I was always under the impression that actions speak louder than words, I mean, thats how it became a popular cliche.

I fear that the truth of the matter is that he does not regret anything other than peoples perception of him , and his language.

It would still possible to correct the many mistakes that he made while in office, but all he is really concerned about is the language he used? Hmmmm...

I think Bush is farther out there than the Cassini probe. >8^)
