You must know that countless Chinese risk their lives to leave China and their principal destination is America. But America is definitely not their only destination. Er, Chinese people have been immigrating since the 1850s. Its called "looking for wealth". Many Taiwanese people also immigrate, even though Taiwan is an American democracy. Its the same reason so many European immigrants went to America in the 1600s, despite the fact America had been a barren wasteland with no civilized areas. $$$$

Even if Adolf Hitler became the new leader of America, there would still be Chinese people going there. Gold is gold, even if its covered in shit. America makes money off China, China makes money off America.


But you guys shouldn't bother trying to explain. I've written up the reasons why China isn't going to become democratic anytime soon, but tinybear has conviniently ignored it, while spouting her Americanised rants. Maybe that's the American way - ignore everything thats been said, and keep whining about the situation.
