TSA procedures are allowed to contradict amendment Four because of national security issues, so I'm not sure a bill that compromises national security is [legal/constitutional/well-thought-out]. I'm sure there's at least one person that enjoys patting people down, but I'd much rather not be blown up midflight.
How many "blown up midflights" has the TSA prevented after nearly ten years? How many children's privates have they touched in ten weeks?
In jails...sex offenders are considered lower than terrorists. Other than the fact that they sometimes target the falsely accused...maybe the inmates have one thing right.

I have never experienced the TSA genital-grab because, I guess, terrorists aren't interested in where I choose to go. Maybe it is more horrific than I have seen, but I contest that and I'm ok with the TSA random checks. And by random I'm disincluding people of color, who most certainly are not pulled over "randomly". But I'm ok with that too, because
