Washington, DC: Ralph Nader issued a challenge today to John Kerry and John Edwards to follow through on their post-election promise to the American people to make sure every vote counts, starting in Ohio. In his own introductory remarks to John Kerry's concession statement, John Edwards said, "In America it is vital that every vote count, and that every vote be counted." According to a November 5th article by the Associated Press, elections officials admitted that an error with an electronic voting system gave President Bush 3,893 extra votes in a Gahanna precinct. Franklin County reported Bush with 4,258 votes and John Kerry with 260 - a suspicious count since only 638 voters cast ballots in that precinct. Election officials in that county now say a cartridge from a voting machine generated errors after the precinct closed - and only 365 people voted for Bush. When we can't even have a fair election between two individuals, how can we have one with more? Money and/or the people you know can get you everywhere in this country, and that is truly sad :-/

I don't think that has been the problem. It is votes that should have never been counted that appear to be the problem. A high tech version of ballot stuffing.

It is the publics REFUSAL to ENFORCE the constitution, that IS THE PROBLEM, all the other issues are dependent on THAT PROBLEM.

I hate to agree with a recent comment by the Muslim Terrorist sympathizing, anti-American subversive Marxist, Michael Moore, but Nadar should be institutionalized at this point. He is mad.

I agree Os. WE already know Bush doesnt give a damn about the Constitution. Kerry would not be as bad. A recount is the best hope for our Constitution. They have been cheating in about 10 different ways in many states, not just over-votes. That 4000 over-votes was just 1 precinct. If the election isnt challenged, they will get away with it again. We MUST STOP them NOW. Another 4 years is too damn late.
