That's got to be a lie. Bush and his cabinet got the only information available to them about the Al Qaida through the same intelligence Clinton had. How could Bush ignore his own Dept. of Defense?

He was not briefed about an impending attack on America. The attack was on U.S. interests globally. Entire fleets were rerouted in the Middle East, airports were put on alert and much more. It simply was not publicized.

That is exactly what Osama said in his last tape. But, no one can really ascertain what was going on until the second plane made it clear the first plane was not a horrible accident. I can't imagine an American citizen giving comfort to the enemy by asserting Osama knows more than our own President during the attack.
