October Surprise?

Could this be the October surprise that turns the election?

No, he was born in Hawaii 2 years after its annexation. We've been through this, it failed, horribly.

By not filing the answers or objections, the defense has admitted everything.
The fact an attorney is alleging this is laughable. They teach you in high school civil law classes that if the prosecution doesn't provide a substantial argument, the defense doesn't need to say anything. This is just plain absurd.

So what do you all think about the new Obama tape that surfaced yesterday from 2001? YouTube - Obama Bombshell Redistribution of Wealth Audio Uncovered

Potential trouble?

No, not at all. There's hundred of silly videos like that against all candidates.

Obama could declare that he will institute a socialist manifesto complete with the scrapping of the constitution and a new reformation, and the mindless "hope and change" crowd would not blink.

It remains to be seen how many others are open to understanding the political ramifications of allowing the government to define how much wealth is “enough” for individuals, taking that which they desire of the remainder of the wealth above that arbitrary designation to redistribute it to those the government decides are more worthy of having it than those who generated it.

I don't know how much this will hurt Obama, but lets keep this in perspective. There aren't ANY audio tapes out there where a major party candidate for president is calling the Constitution flawed because it doesn't allow for distribution of wealth for African Americans, and that the courts wont fix it so it will have to be done through legislation.

It also remains to be seen that these ramifications actually take effects in countries which take it much farther than Obama would, like every other industrialized nation in the world.

There also aren't any videos of a Democrat being healed by a witch doctor, but there is one of Palin.
