Obama's disingenious and hyprocritical attack

If your going to complain about McCain making up lies, then don't start making up outright lies yourself! If anyone has listen to Rush, especially during the primaries, he is not a McCain supporter. In fact he said he would vote for Hillary over McCain, specifically before his stance on illegal immigration! Even now Rush is anything but faltering of McCain, rather he is what one would call indifferent, because he doesn't want to see Obama in the white house.

This is by far a worse attack on McCain then the Pig attack on Obama. This is outright BS, this is pandering to the illegal immigration segment of the Latino population. The illegal immigrant advocates are not good Americans. In fact they don't have American's best interest at heart. Good that Obama aligns himself with yet another anti-american group!

Newsmax.com – Obama Ad Hits Rush Limbaugh

Quote:
Obama Ad Hits Rush Limbaugh

The Barack Obama campaign has released new TV and radio ads in Spanish that tie Republican opponent John McCain to anti-immigrant comments allegedly made by radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh.

Limbaugh denies making those assertions.

The ads, airing in Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico, also suggest McCain has "dos caras" — "two faces" — when it comes to his relations with Latino voters.

"They want us to forget the insults we've put up with, the intolerance," the television ad's announcer says in Spanish as a picture of Rush Limbaugh appears onscreen with quotes of him saying, "Mexicans are stupid and unqualified" and "Shut your mouth or get out."

"They made us feel marginalized in a country we love so much," the ad continues in a translation provided by The Washington Post. "John McCain and his Republican friends have two faces. One that says lies just to get our vote and another, even worse, that continues the failed policies of George Bush that put special interests ahead of working families."

The companion radio ad uses the same script as above and then continues:

"Don't forget that John McCain abandoned us rather than confront the leaders of the Republican Party. Many of us were born here, and others came to work and achieve a better life for their families — not to commit crimes or drain the system like many of John McCain's friends claim. Let's not be fooled by political tricks from John McCain and the Republicans. Vote so they respect us. Vote for a change."

Oh yes, a new breed of politics, indeed. Make no mistake, Obama is every bit as old-fashioned-Washington-style as everyone else, and the force is strong with this one. He's just more subtle about it. (Which is just as, if not more dangerous, in my opinion)

I'm sorry, but I'd agree with you if you were right.

If you are going to use false and misleading statement against your opponent do not complain when they are used against you!

Why does anything Rush L. have to say matter. Rush is not affiliated in any way to the McCain camp.

Blame the Obama folks, Limbaugh had a tape of one of the One's advisors saying Limbaugh shows where McCain stands. I'll look for a link to it. They want to link McCain and Limbaugh to discourage people from McCain. Which is silly Cause Limbaugh hasn't much good to say about McCain over the years.

He DOES like Palin though so...

Einstein's "Theory of Relativity" is still being challenged to this day, but by consensus Global Warming is a fact... that's REAL science at work, why didn't Albert just go that route?

It is hard to overemphasize the effect Rush Limbaugh has had on American politics. He single-handedly invented the syndicated conservative talk radio format and made it possible for scores of others to follow which has produced conservative radio networks. By espousing conservative ideas and analyzing the daily MSM news sources, essentially rewriting them through a conservative filter, he made a market for more of the same which led directly to Fox News. IMO what Limbaugh says is extemely important to politics.

Why do you pay so much attention, which presidential candidate is less-or-more "this" and/or "that", guys ?
This is Politics, and Morality and Ethics may be found on the last page within that "menu" (if someone is lucky enough to find that subject at all :-) )

My opinion ?
J. McCain has started that mess, let him collect it as well. He knew it was risky. His choice.
There is a basic component that gives B. Obama an edge :
- Money (that J. McCain can not afford today, while tomorrow stands for a finish-line)
