Anyways, this is a good idea of how I, and I think a lot of people, regard the Michael-Moore-left. Very good satire. Note the tagline: Because Bush is to blame for everything. I'm sure a few of you agree. Oh, it's really too bad, isn't it? -- http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/050121/480/watw10701210224 Hahaha, that's funny. Liberals are so silly! |

What's that fallacy called, when you assume there are only the two extremes.... | Igneous Magma Posts: 336 | Micheal Moore's film is a good film. Whatever Bush lovers want to say, cannot take away from the fact that his administration is a stinking bloody, dog pile. He is getting mind boggling rich. And why should members of Senate or Congress NOT send their own children to war? Why must it again be the poorest in the country? There is also 1 hour, 45 minutes of film to try to disprove. I am gonna wait. And about the headline, may or may not be true. But the fact remains that it was in some paper, therefore it was news. Prove him wrong. Go out, do your homework and prove MM wrong on all accounts. Do it. DOnt debate this without proof that MM is nothing but a liar. |

Second, we do not send children to war. "You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life." -- Winston Churchill | |

You sound like Bob Novak with this statement. It's so empty because you know that the context the word "children" was used meant "their children" grown children. Not sending little kids to war. Novak pulls this little end run on "crossfire" every other week; cheap ploy. Sanity is the playground of the unimaginative. anonomous Words we say, never seem to live up to the ones inside our heads. You're really reaching with this one. Sanity is the playground of the unimaginative. anonomous Words we say, never seem to live up to the ones inside our heads. Chris Cornell |
