After numerous references to Bush being a criminal, I want to find out the issues, and debate them, if possible. Please post your facts on this issue, and lets try and stay away from the '76 DUI charge - I mean major crimes.... embezzling, murdering, etc., etc.. something of that caliber.

insider trading - selling his Harken Energy stock before it went 'pop!'

for most people this is considered a good investment move. when you're a director of the company, the term is 'insider trading' and it's a criminal offence

Many people including, but not limited to the Bush Administration, Richard Clarke, and possibly Former President Clinton could be indited and possibly convicted of criminally negiligent homicide and treason.

Evidence:

In 1995, Phillipine law enforcement found a computer from an al-qaeda cell detailing plans for numerous terror plots, one being hijacking planes and crashing them into civilian targets.Link

A piece by Larry Chin citing numrous failures and lias of administration. Link

Part of the Ruppert report that Chin cites in his article, this establishes a clear timeline of warnings of an imminent attack on the WTC. Link

Bush was warned of possible Hijacking plot before September 11, and coming from fox news, would be anything but biased against Pres. Bush. Link

This is a piece showing possible options for the President, when he knew so much. Link

Another Ruppert piece, tearing apart Bush's explanations for not being able to prevent 9/11. Link

by law, both domestic and international, country can only attack another country if one of two conditions are met:

1. you're attacked by the country.
2. you are under the threat of imminent attack.

iraq didn't satisfy #1 and it did not satisfy #2.

bush denies involvement i believe, i think he claims he only invited coup leaders to washington to discuss trade or something.

also all iraqi prisoners receive 3 square meals a day and enjoy a few laughs with the guards

i think we're getting ahead of ourselves here... accountability for one's actions only applies to tin cup dictators, not presidents.

Nobody took pics of that, though.

These prisoner abuses could be the undoing of the Administration. War Crimes should have been charged by now, wassup? Geneva Conventions are no laughing matter.

Becoming an un democratically elected official

Afghanistan bungle (we gave Osama a 2 month headstart to get the heck out of the country)

Saudi money is heavily invested in groups such as: Carlyle, Harken, and other failed Bush enterprises like: Arbusto, Texas Rangers (haha sorry had to laugh)

Refusal to try and increase talks with OPEC to lower the cost of fuel (it hit $45 a barrel yesterday)

Support of regiemes like those in Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Rwanda, China, North Korea even though they are rated as some of Amnesty Internationals worst offenders of Human Rights.

Ban of potential advancement in life saving sciences like Stem Cells

I could go on for hours, but Im at work.

Now, Richard Clarke is the fall guy for sending the BinLadens out after 9/11. How convienient.
I bet anyone on here 100 $ that Bush will pull Bin Laden out of his magic rabbit hat right before the election.
I bet he has him already and will come up with some lame excuse as to why he kept him quiet.
Where is proof that Bin Laden was actually responsible for 9/11>.... I am still waiting for undeniable, beyond a doubt guilt. Who did it?
Bush is getting very rich from your fear.

YEs clarke has shown his true Pro-Bush colors, ignore that book he wrote and all that other stuff, it was cover for the bin-Laden nonstory.

Einstein's "Theory of Relativity" is still being challenged to this day, but by consensus Global Warming is a fact... that's REAL science at work, why didn't Albert just go that route?

I'm thinking space aliens myself...or the Canadians...

Bush may not be the best president (or even close) but compared to the other options...

and he's certainly not a criminal in my opinion. Now Kerry, there's a criminal.
