Exactly! If we had more choices, we'd be less underneath a single totalitarian system. However, don't let the system fool you. There are always more than two choices. We have at least have 3 choices, with the third being "None of the Above."

Ron Paul has not given up yet and has pulled in as much as 20% of the vote in some states. I personally can't stand him, but I admire how his campaign has been run. The internet has opened up a whole new realm for viral campaigning that may equalize the playing field a bit and allow more third party figures to play the game. It used to be that to get millions of viewers you had to buy primetime slots on television. Now you just get one of your followers to make a political monologue entitled anal sex and post it on Youtube.

The future may be a lot more chaotic and a lot freer.

Destroying America one Volconvo post at a time.

Religious controversies are always productive of more acrimony and irreconcilable hatreds than those which spring from any other cause.

Well, my point is that non-voting is the most valid alternative. There is a deeper problem than a small clique of politicians. There's a deeper reason behind America becoming a police state, behind our invading nations that never attacked us first. It's the way power-hungry states are, at least most of the time. We're all in a dysfunctional relationship.

That is a paradox, because even if you don't vote one of the 2 will be voted in!
