Correct me if I'm wrong but on a gay forums Jeffersons birthday was celebrated. Celebrated as a cheer for his death because he supported executing homosexuals. Is this true or untrue? Wiki had no information.

This makes me laugh for some reason. I don't know.
What was Jefferson's view on apostates?

If people support that decision then she's following her role of supporting the majority opinion.

Wait, I didn't see her Majesty look to anybody for consensus, I just saw her say she support the bail out.

Doing what voters want is more important than clinging strictly to 200 year old guidelines.

Your record is skipping.

If you'd rather stick to a candidate who only follows the constitution then you'll always be supporting a novelty candidate.

What does one thing have to do with another?

Oh, you just don't have any valid reasons to criticise me, so you thought you'd take that tack again. How special.

So if the voter's support abrogating the Constitution, you'd be OK with that?

Populism is a dangerous form of government, and no one but a demogogue would support it. May I remind you that the Roman Republic fell on the mob's will, as do most.

Why exactly do you not support universal healthcare again? Support gun ownership? Ah because such things are either protected or not contained within the powers given by the constitution.

The problem with opposition to populism is you guys are are alone. Given enough time the other side will have every office and courtroom packed. In the end your trying to stop a flood with a spoon.

A better decision might be to just help elect the candidate who seems the least tainted by old school Washington.

A good anti populist army usually provides a good temporary solution to keep the founding document alive, but, of course, if they're truly the majority they'll win eventually, but what's the harm in trying?
