Yep, I don't see how Romney overcomes McCain now. McCain is gaining steadily in California and New York, and I doubt Romney can even win his home state of Massachusetts. McCain is ahead up here.

Huckabee is finished. Rudy was finished long ago. And Ron Paul? I guess the revolution will have to wait.

Rudy just dropped out and endorsed McCain. That was quick.

McCain vs. Hillary...

I think I'll sit this cripple-fight out.

Jeez, just when I was thinking I was going to vote Republican. Mccain's voting record seems to promise more of the same we've gone through the last 8 years. No thanks.

LOL, how so. McCain/Kennedy, he went against his party. McCain on stem cell research, again against his party. McCain/Finegold; again ask his party. McCain vote against the Bush tax cuts, because it also encompassed pork barrel projects. There was a thread not to long ago that stated McCain was in the top of the list of Senators that are anti-pork barrel spending bills, that would be a breath of fresh air!

McCain benefits most with the Mayor out

RealClearPolitics - Election 2008 - Alabama Republican Primary

I think there is nothing stopping McCain now. With Guiliani bowing out and endorsing McCain, I believe McCain will take the vast majority of Guiliani's base. Expecially in important states. I believe McCain will win handsomely in CA, CT, DL, NY, NJ, AZ, OK and IL. Notice the 4 biggest ones in there - CA, NY, NJ and IL! With McCain coming in 2nd in GA, TN, CO, MA and UT!

I believe the only places Huckabee is a lock is GA & TN. And he will fight neck and neck with McCain for AL and MO! With him coming in 3rd in all the states that McCain will run away with.

I believe the only places Romney wins are CO, MA and UT! Although he will come in 2nd to McCain in all the states McCain runs away with.

The Super Tuesday states I don't know about are AK, MN, ND & WV, but who cares they are going to make or break any run anyways!

Maybe not in MO, he's very Anti-Boeing which represents a great deal of the Republican party particularly around St. Louis and Jefferson City.

EDIT:

LOL! People are already having fun with his Wikipedia page.

Still, he needs to read up on St. Augustine's Just War thesis.

And can you believe what McCain says about Iraq? Holy shizzat.

We need to stop the Republican rule here and now.

Yeah, I think even Bush has the tact not to poorly parody a Beach Boys song about carpet bombing a nation.

Actually it's "Bomb Iran."

YouTube - Bomb bomb bomb, bomb bomb Iran

Get another kook with a mission in office and we'll be in Iran before you can say "Allah Akbar!"

Will McCain keep the war going in Iraq? The war is still a high priority of the American government because they are either going to stay on their oil catch, where they will get oil at easy prices seeing as how the economy is recovering, or they have wasted their time. They didn't really care who was in office as long as they could have a new trading partner. Whenevr Iraq looks for a trading partner in the Weat, it will look to America first, sseing as how there are strong ties between them now, so America was interested in dominaiting the whole economy and not just in the oil that was there.

So if McCain gets hold of the 'book of secrets', he will surely keep the war going until it is over, which means destroying the base for Iraqi attacks, which seem to be people who are looking for power themselves. I don't think anyone there is fighting just to get America out anymore, they are trying to make a bond with the people there so that they can clutch power through the people, and the people want things to return to normal and blame America for things being not normal, so they want America gone. But America wants to firm ties, so they aren't going anywhere. This is clearly a war for money, it is an investment to stay there, but there will never be an end to rouges trying to repel them, as people are looking for power will try to do just that, by playing to the people. They are using America as a scape goat in their bid to gain more support I think.

Poison for the system!
