Constitutionality of 1970 CSA

Many pro-drug legalization advocates quote the 10th Amendment as living proof that the feds are banning drugs unconstitutionally. A series of 2003 court cases challenged the CSA, and the supreme court upheld the CSA.

Huh?

Are you talking about the Community Supported Agriculture, there has been almost no news that THAT organization has been using drugs for "agriculture", but thats all I know.

I'm sorry, I was talking about the US controlled substances act of 1970, CSA. I'm new to these boards, and I'm still getting used to the factthat they are international, not just American.
