Iowa is here!

Time to see what happens!
(1) Will the religion nutz vote for Huckabee? He is a social conservative, but that is it. He is very liberal in every other way.
(2) Will IW vote in the old-man Hawk, who wants to open the borders?
(3) Will they vote for the guy that likes to sleep on the job?
(4) Are the conspiracy nutz correct and the polls are geared not to include Radical Paul, meaning Radical Paul will defy the odds and win IW? ==> Fat chance!
or
(5) Will Iowans vote in the only candidate with a picture perfect record int he business world (one of the most successful in the US) and a great record in as a governor in Mitt Romney. Let's hope they are that smart!

Only time will tell, but my money is on Romney. It's a shame if this guy was a regular Christian he would be running away with the election, but their are too many people that can't get over his moron background!

This is definitely going to be interesting regardless of what happens.

What are these predictions of yours based on guys? You watch too much news media, they're into talking like this too. You do realize it is impossible to predict without a very comprehensive understanding of the voting population of these areas. None of you are polling companies! Damn metaphysicians.

It didn't surprise me at all about Huckabee's win in Iowa. The amount that he won by did surprise methough.
But in a state who's voting population is 30-50% evangelical christian, it looked pretty good for the Huckster.

But how-about that Obama.
I think it is about time for a change.
And did any of you watch his speech? It was like a freaking rock concert whenever he spoke a word.

If it comes down to a Huckabee vs. Obama race, I'm voting Obama.

Obama would be the best choice. Huckabee is another stinky Republican pushed ahead by Evangelicals. They already gave us Bush, now they want us to elect Huckabee.

Being just a good man does not mean being a good president. This is a mistake Americans make again and again. We had elected Bush, because he seemed a good man. It takes a lot more then just being a good man. He is shallow and his educational background is poor. A provincial man.

We do not need another 10 commandment bullshit president.

Yes the speech was excellent.

I agree. Starting with evolution didn't happen and the dinosaurs were around only 5,000 years ago, despite all the reliable scientific evidence to the contrary. His nomination would make me vote democratic or for a 3rd party!

Couple of secondary thoughts.

-I'm really impressed Ron Paul made double digits even if it was just barely.
-Man has Guiliani's campaign really imploded.

6th place and barely making double digits is nothing to be impressed by.

I guess the Hunter campaign can be happy about receiving 1%, but that doesn't mean sh1t in the grant scheme of things!

Nope, he is trying a new strategy. He is trying to win the Feb 5th states. He knew he had no chance in IW with his liberal views on abortion and gay marriage. Will his strategy work? Time will tell!
