Mrs Clinton gets action from military

At last the military has drawn up plans in case they are directed to pull out of the Iraq war, this came about two days after Mrs Clinton repremanded them on the U-Tube debate forum aired by CNN.

Wonderful, now that they've drawn up the plans, how soon before we can apply them?

When Mrs Clinton is elected President. Do not expect any major pull outs before then.

Then the options are clear, vote for Hillary if you want withdrawal right away, she might even order these new plans put into action.

The thing is the new plan is being overviewed by the Commader and Chief and that is still President Bush. The thing is the military might want to drag their feet when it comes to ending a war and the money funded for it. Mrs Clinton has studied this and has a good network of people to advise her so they will not be able to fool her as easy as they could other canadates, espeically the Republican ones.

The people in Irag are not simple minded children, they stood up to American forces, and other nations helping us. They are not about to allow Iran or Bin Laden to take charge of their affairs, or to rule them.
No way is that going to happen. The idea that we would abandon them to the mercy of Iran or whatever is nonsense. In time they will segregate into tribal domains and each area will be ruled over by the locals of those areas. And then those locals that have no oil fields will come knocking at the doors of those areas with the oil, and that will result in agreements that can bring relative peace to the country.

They do not need us to get that process completed.

Time to come home ( and to acturally capture Bin laden also).

When I saw the title, "Mrs Clinton gets action from military", I was thinking of something TOTALLY different as far as the word "action" goes.

Now I'm disappointed.

Not a day goes by that I don't see something that reinforces my belief that people are idiots.

You think the military works like a multinational corporation or some federal agency? I get the impression military decisions have very little to do with money.

I doubt if you would find such a philosophy in the ranks of the military, but to get the things they desire to be 'all they can be' the branches of the military must submit a budget request to Congress, along with the reasons why they need the money requested. This request goes through the White House as it is the Commander and Chief who makes that request on behalf of the military, upon his aproval after reviewing their budget. The total request would also include contracts to private D.O.D. manufacturers, for weapons, stockpiling nuclear bombs, for developing new weapons, and for all the basics such as food, clothing, and transportation needs, contractors such as Haliburton.

And Haliburton is very probably the biggest scammer in the bunch. Although they have had longtime ties with the government, the fact that Blofeld was the CEO and has assumed more personal power than I have EVER seen in a vice president is the icing on the cake for me.

This is another matter, if by "military" we really mean its denounced "industrial complex" and can toss in 'nationbuilding' Halliburton, then I can see how money might be a more important consideration.

writting "attention grabbing headlines" is my hobby.

Not every woman can take on the whole military.

All joking aside, I do not think for a moment she blames the military guys but rather their Commander and Chief. If those two ever became political befdellows I hope they document it, because otherwise I would not believe it. Doubt if Bush and Hillary will walk down the middle asle of Congress anytime soon.

All joking aside ( I will try again).....

My biggest concern for Hillary Clinton is the danger the perceived threat she might pose to the objectives of the military-industrail complex and their passion for oil. I do not want her to end up like John Kennedy did.
