The IDF didn't and doesn't target civilians in the Lebanese war. They targetted the cowardly Hezbollah fighters that purposely hide behind innocent Lebanese civilians. They do this to win the PR battle, because the more civilian causalities the better. Israel dropped leaflets in areas to let the civilians no to move out. What did Hezbollah do when they shot missiles into Israel?\
