If you want Congress to continue the budget for the military you must have a plan to insure we are dealing with a bigger threat. That means you need more "terrorists" to combat in order for the military to get larger budgeting. However you cannot try to get more people to join the terrorist network without "aiding the enemy" and so you need to go to plan "b". "b" stands for bombing.

Here is how you get more terrorists to fight in order to make congress spend more on the military.

All we need to do to get more terrorists to fight is, tell them there is no Allah.

Tell them their religion is wrong.
Tell them what the believe in is false.

Why would we want to do this though. In saying that they are wrong, we are saying that some of the aspects of our own religions are false.

Why would we want to .....provocate terrorism?
