    Health insurance and tax reform!

If the President really wants to help poor working people with paying their health insurance he should be promoting adding the following words to our Constitution, bringing us back to our founding father’s original tax plan which allows the poor working people to keep their paychecks to meet their own economic needs as our founding fathers intended:

“The Sixteenth Amendment is hereby repealed and Congress is henceforth forbidden to lay ``any`` tax or burden calculated from profits, gains, interest, salaries, wages, tips, inheritances or any other lawfully realized money”

But the President’s health insurance tax scheme is just another socialistic proposal coming down from the socialist gang on Capitol Hill to redistribute wealth for an object not within the delegated powers granted to Congress by our Constitution.

Keep in mind Bush also pushed the socialist No Child Left Behind Act, more appropriate called the No Dime Left Behind Act which also allows the gang on Capitol Hill to redistribute wealth for an object not authorized by the federal Constitution.

This new health insurance proposal is asserted to be “revenue neutral“ and is intended to tax perks given to employees by their employer so folks in government may then redistribute that newly generated government revenue to the “poor and underprivileged” via a privileged tax break.

Neutral, is another word in this instance for socialists to “redistribute wealth” for a function not authorized by the federal Constitution.

But why do socialists on Capitol Hill love to redistribute wealth? Well, it just happens to be very, very profitable for their own economic interests!

Just think of all the political plum jobs created by the Republican/Democrat leadership on Capitol Hill____ created to redistribute tax revenue taken from hard working Americans for functions not authorized by our written Constitution. Here is a current A-Z Index of U.S. Government Departments and Agencies

Now, think of how large this privileged government employee group lives with their six figure salaries, extravagant health care benefits, which most people in the private sector can only dream of, and, what about the outrageous retirement pension programs folks in government get for redistributing tax revenue for functions not authorized by the Constitution___ the financing of which is confiscated from the paychecks of hard working Americans.

When will the American People wake up and come to the realization the object of the Capitol Hill gang, Republicans and Democrats in political power, is to keep themselves in power, live large, and enjoy the top of the shelf fruits siphoned from the pockets of working people. That is what socialism is all about…a big fat tax pig getting fatter and it relies upon the manipulative power of income taxation to feed itself. The solution is only too obvious___ add the following words to our :Constitution, bringing us back to our founding father’s original tax plan which was created by tax rebels and designed to control the actions of Congress, rather than have Congress control and manipulate the people‘s lives:

“The Sixteenth Amendment is hereby repealed and Congress is henceforth forbidden to lay ``any`` tax or burden calculated from profits, gains, interest, salaries, wages, tips, inheritances or any other lawfully realized money”

    Regards,

The servant has become the master over those who created a servant and the new servant pays tribute by taxation to a gangster government which ignores our most basic laws…our constitutions, state and federal.

Bush's speeches need to be followed by that old Looney Toons out take when the cartoon was over.

Thats just about how in touch with reality that guy seems to be, right at the level of Bugs Bunny, or Yosemite Sam.

Probably never. They wouldn't know how to put their socks and underwear on if they didn't have their mommies to do it for them. The government, to these people, is merely an extension of their mommy while they pretend to be all grown up and working rather than being an individual and independent.

These people are not capable of thinking for themselves so how do you expect them to take government into their own hands? They expect government to do everything for them, from raising their children, to feeding their fat bodies, to financing their homes. It already is a "cradle to grave" society and these people all expect their fair share.

It is this shameful society that has devolved from the original framers' intent because these people have come to expect government to take care of them in every aspect of their pathetic little meaningless lives. Individualism and independence are both dead in this nation so how can you expect those who champion this tradgedy we call government to rise up and take back the same government which they support on this defacto basis. It's over, stick a fork in it.

After I retired and am "earning" only $600.00 a month Social Security payments (which they now tax) I wrote the IRS that I cannot afford to pay back taxes they claim I owe. They have allowed me not to pay (unless I come into unexpected wealth in the future). So I guess that amendment is still in effect?

I used medicare only once when a cat attacked me and took a big bite out of my hand. I do not take any of the prescription drugs nor do I make appointments with doctors (for some years now). I use cheaper alternative means for health treatments such as "food", like outmeal or olive oil, etc.
    And meditation.

At any rate California is now putting into effect Arnolds new health insurance program which is the blueprint for what Bush is suggesting. California will have affordable insurance for everyone and those who lack the ability to pay for insurance will be helped out from others, via a fee ( aka - tax ) on each employer who has hired more then 10 people, and guess who else must pay to insure that everyone has insurence? Doctors will be billed. That is correct. Doctors will pay for 20 percent of the "free insurence" program. (unless they come up with another percentage rate or other sources).

Being that doctors overcharge the rich to cover what they loose from aiding non-payers it was determined to just make it the law.

Undocumented workers will also get insurence (those here unlawfully). That seems unfair to American tax payers but if one uninsured person gets the flu and no treatment then the flu bug can spread to many more people, so it is wise for the health organizations to keep track of the spreadable illnesses by offering treatment and check ups. Also, when accidents happen you cannot just leave people to bleed in the streets, you gotta help another human being even if they are not born in the United States, that is how our conscience of culture should operate.

So they are now working out the finer details on the new California health care plan and it should have all the final yes votes in soon.

It is not about "spreading the wealth" it is about "not spreading the illnesses" and putting compassion before capitalism. Health of a community should not be a poltical perspective such as socialism, democarcy, capitalism, or about right and left wing agendas, It is about keeping America strong and healthy, so that we can remain productive and so that we will not be seen as a place of poverty, we should not become a 3rd world country but we should keep up the image as an economic leader in the world.
