Iraq's strong man gone

Saddam Hussein executed by hanging on Dec.30/06.

Saddam's death sentence happened when he invaded Kuwait (US oil), and his attempted assassination of Bush Senior. If Saddam stayed friendly toward American interests in the Middle East, the first and second invasion would not have taken place, and Saddam would still be the strong man of Iraq.

Did the US Army liberate the 'Islamic People of Iraq' from violence and terrorism?

Simple answer, no, because one can't be "rescued" if one isn't willing to do it one self.

Nah, we don't attack countries we actually want oil from. Like Saudi Arabia.

What makes a man turn neutral? Lust for gold? Power? Or were you just born with a heart full of neutrality?

Why bother starting a new thread when there are numerous ones on Iraq & Saddams' execution already?

I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.
