Yup, I pretty much agree with that. Rotten fish doesn't smell as bad as this pusillanimous pile of protoplasm.
Yea and your support for this criminal smells even worse. Anyone who supports Kennedy is morally bankrupt for obvious reasons. Too bad she wasn't YOUR daugther. I think you would realize the truth then.

More than ten years? It was almost 40 years ago.
This was exactly my point. Here is the time line for anyone interested in justice.

YTedK:Ted Kennedy, the truth about Chappaquiddick, and more...

I don't wish to hyjack this thread because Kennedy is clearly not dumb. He is a clever vile man. He is a morally bankrupt representative of a morally bankrupted, self interested political contituency, who continually return him to represent them in a morally bankrupt party which obviously condones two tiers of justice and special treatment for a Senator. Anyone who supports this guy is morally bankrupt as well.

As a matter of fact, a guy who accidently killed a woman in his car was just sentenced last week to 18 months and 5 years probabtion for the very same thing in Mass. There is clearly two tiers of Justice in Mass.
Ther are two tiers of justice everwhere. Ted got two months in jail, suspended. In the intervening 40 years he hasn't been charged with killing anyone. I wouldn't vote for him but I am not surprised that he gets re-elected in Massachussetts. He is a lot better than than his crack-head relative Pat, Representative from Rhode Island.

Unfortunately this is true and those who support Teddy boy support that as well.

Once again, I can't argue this isn't true however, he should not be the best that Mass can offer in the Government. I personally don't believe he was remorseful, nor did he even care about Mary Jo. His self interest for political survival outweighed any concern he may have had for his victim. It is a shame that the Kenndy name protects them form justice.

He may not have killed anyone in the intervening 40 years but his nephew Joesph took a lesson from him and unfortuantely paralyzed a woman when he rolled his jeep in 1973 out on Nantucket.

Moral of the story. Don't get in a car with a Kennedy.

Quote:
link:Book Spotlight: The Kennedy Curse by Edward Klein

1973 - Joseph P. Kennedy II, a son of Robert and Ethel Kennedy who later becomes a congressman, runs his Jeep off the road on Nantucket Island. It overturns and leaves Pamela Kelly paralyzed.
Here is a testimonial of Teddy's character 33 years later after the six year old Gargan found his mother dead.

Quote:
In the aftermath of the Chappaquiddick scandal 33 years later, Senator Edward Kennedy asks his "brother" Joe Gargan to take the rap and say that he was at the wheel of the car that killed Mary Jo Kopechne.

Patrick is a carpetbagger idiot who couldn't find his ass with both hands behind him.

Too bad Foley didn't hit on your son, and have the entire Republican leadership IGNORE the issue, because they'd rather win with a pedofile than lose.

You have a one track mind underbear. Kennedy makes Foley look like an altar boy.

I think you'll find your altar boy analogy a little thread bare since Foley kept his mouth shut about a pedofile priest for 35 years, and emulated this priest with his own adult sex life.

How many other altar boys in the 5 parrishes they slunk this priest to, have Foley's silence to blame for their NUDE MASSAGES, and unknown fondlings the priest blames on blackouts from booze and pills?

Foley = SEX

Kennedy = DEATH

Enough said? Knowing you, probably not. Understanding the issues, probably yes.

You want a death comparrison FINE
Joe Scarborrough's secretary found dead in HIS OFFICE, I'll wait for your rationalization. Maybe you can explain stellar qualities of Newt Gingrich abandoning his wife dying of cancer.

More to the point now, underbear. I am not here to defend anybody's sleazy or criminal behaviour. Just admit Kennedy is one of them. Defend him if you like, but I consider him an indefensible slimeball on parr with OJ Simpson. If you want to add to the list, be my guest.

Why dont you let the courts decide about Teddy? Take your own advice.

They did. He was found guilty.

Once again, here is your time line.

YTedK:Ted Kennedy, the truth about Chappaquiddick, and more...

Guilty:

Quote:
Arena started drawing up a traffic violation complaint charging Edward M. Kennedy with a violation of Chapter 90, Section 24:

"Any operator of a vehicle who, without stopping and making known his name, residence, and the registration number of his motor vehicle, goes away after knowingly colliding with, or otherwise causing injury to any person, shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than twenty days or more than two years."

The fix is in:

Quote:
2) Senator Kennedy's Expired License is "Fixed"

- To complete the citation, Arena needed to know Ted Kennedy's driver's license number and expiration date. Since the Senator had been unable to produce a license at the police station, Arena called the Registry office in Oak Bluffs, and was told, "we'll get back to you."

- Meanwhile, Ted Kennedy's Administrative Assistant, David Burke, telephoned Registry Inspector George Kennedy to report that he couldn't find the Senator's license in his Washington car.
- Inspector Kennedy then called Registry headquarters in Boston to request a license check for:
"D.O.B. 2/22/32 - Edward M. Kennedy."
- Registry Inspector Joseph Mellino recieved the call, and went into the Registry's file room where license cards are kept in alphabetical order. He discovered that Senator Kennedy's license had expired on February 22, 1969 and had not been renewed. Inspector Kennedy instructed Mellino to pull the license card from the file and put it together with the car's registration in an envelope on Registrar Richard McLaughlin's desk. It was, Mellino reflected, an unusual request.
Off the hook :

Quote:
- On Sunday, July 20, Greelish delivered Senator Kennedy's driver's license information to Chief Arena. The records now showed that Kennedy's license was valid until February 22, 1971.
- Arena used this information to complete his citation. Arena charged Kennedy only with leaving the scene of an accident after causing personal injury. Unaware that Kennedy's license had expired, and lacking evidence that the Senator had been operating under the influence of alcohol, Arena said, "We don't and probably will not have a case of negligent driving in the criminal sense."

- Massachusetts law required a minimum mandatory 20-day jail term in all cases of leaving the scene of an accident where personal injury had occurred.

- Six days later, when Senator Ted Kennedy pled guilty to leaving the scene of an accident, he was able to produce a valid driver's license, which he surrendered to the court. Tests later performed on the Senator's license showed absolutely no traces of salt water.
Kenndy was guilty and he OJ'd his way out of the other charges. I don't recall him spending even one day in jail.

Correct. It shows the moral bankruptcy of the people in Mass who contiue to re-elect a slimeball criminal. The other electorate took the proper action and rid themselves of the slimeballs. It shows their decency in direct contrast to MASSHOLES

Not a holier than thou, just the plain a unvarnished truth underbear. Two out of the three you mentioned are no longer in Congress. The other criminal is still there with the approval of Democratic MASSHOLES.. It speaks for itself.
