Wonkette calls her the "Energizer Bunny of Loopy Jesus Freaks". After saying "if you're not electing Christians" then "in essence you are going to legislate sin," now she is out explaining what she really meant to Jewish groups. No wonder she is 25 points behind in the polls.

Harris explains views to Jews

But the Longboat Key Republican congresswoman said she sent the message that she embraces the Jewish faith.

But mixing politics and Christianity hasn't been kind to Harris, who drew heat in August after she told religious magazine Florida Baptist Witness that the separation of church and state is a "lie we have been told" and "if you're not electing Christians" then "in essence you are going to legislate sin."

"Churches so many times feel they shouldn't get involved because of the separation of church and state, and that is just not true," she said. "What is true is a call for civic engagement.

She's an obvious liar. The People prefer more subtle liars.

It's obvious -- just look at her painted-over facade of a face. She exerts so much mental energy at conjuring up a very particular, flawless, in-control persona, it paradoxically looks like she could come unglued at any second and go totally postal on everybody. I feel sorry for her.
