| Molten Ash Posts: 40 | Israel-Palestine-Hezbollah I've got some questions, after I get them, I'll form a firm opinion on this conflict. 1. In the 50's, didn't Israel drive Palestinians out of their homes and make Isreal? If not, how did they acquire the land? 2. Is this a correct analysis of the Hezbollah/Isreal situation? If not, correct it please. Isreal kidnaps 50 people from Hezbollah. Hezbollah kidnaps 2 Israeli soldiers to negotiate. Isreal invades Lebanon and kills innocent civilians. Hezbollah retaliates. 3. I know that Palestinian suicide bombers are terrorists, but aren't there Isreali terrorists too? Extremists that bomb schools and what not? Isn't terrorism the act of terrorizing people? Don't you think people were terrorized when Palestinians were driven out of their homes? What I'm thinking right now is, Israel had driven Palestinians out of their homes, and Palestinians retaliate. Both terrorism, both wrong, but Palestine has the right to have the land that was taken from them. I don't know too much about it, so please, I'd like to hear both sides. |
