I found the questions of the reporters afterwards... expecially the one implying that Bush needed Cheney there to "keep his story striaght to be the most.. ignorant question. I wonder if this same reporter asked that of Clinton when he and his TWO aides met with the 9/11 commission. Did he ask Clinton if he needed Bruce Lindsey and Sandy Berger? That would be intersting to find out. http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2004/4/...28/112633.shtml Einstein's "Theory of Relativity" is still being challenged to this day, but by consensus Global Warming is a fact... that's REAL science at work, why didn't Albert just go that route? |

Is this "newsmax" some "easy and biased news for children and the like" - thing? I don't know much about clinton, I don't care who's in what party etc etc - but cannot educated, thinking, adult people talk about politics without the "but you did that too!" - game? How can anything evolve if people keep this party vs party mentality? I seriously don't know if I'd be a democrat or a republican, was I American. I don't care. Who cares about Clinton? He's not in charge anymore, is he? Is America really this childish and divided on these things? Rantgear off. (EDIT: I was speaking in general, not that much at this exact issue) |

Another cognitive reaction could be to reject all evidence which doesn't fit your current believes. So once someone is a vivid republican or democrat, it becomes quite hard for that person to accept that the other side isn't all-"evil" and their side isn't all-"good". |

I mean, nobody can seriously think that one party is all good and the other all bad. Not even a newborn kid is that naive. *leaves mumbling on about idiots* ![]() |

| Navy Veteran Location: Texas Posts: 6,031 | I just found that funny thats all. Bush, according to some in the media, a bumbling baffoon who needed the VP with him to talk to the commission. Clinton, considered widely, one of the most intelligent presidents... had to have two people with him.... the hypocracy and irony is just... too funny Einstein's "Theory of Relativity" is still being challenged to this day, but by consensus Global Warming is a fact... that's REAL science at work, why didn't Albert just go that route? |
