Dawn . . . whenever any government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new government, laying its foundations on such principles and organizing its powers in such forms as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness. |

Though I can't criticise the music, you do know the guy was anti-semitic (this is why Nietzche ended their friendship), fervent german nationalist and if he was alive would have slotted nicely with the Nazi's, who by the way were themselves inspired by his music? Then again that would probably be more interesting Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery. | Sedimentary Rock Location: Everywhere. Yes, I see you. Posts: 23 | I don't listen to much political music, and when I do, I generally disagree with them (Audioslave and Boysetsfire, for example, but I agree with A Perfect Circle, I think--I'm not entirely sure about their entire political message). I didn't know Wagner was anti-semitic...I though that it was his descendants that were anti-semitic. Regardless, he was still great at writing his music. |

WHY DID NO ONE TELL ME JOE STRUMMER WAS DEAD? Damn I hate the news in this country for reporting deaths, they'll give a day of TV for drunken gambler (princess margeret) and almost a week for a pr guru (princess di) but when the lead singer for the greatest punk-rock band dies I hear nothing. If they do this when Mick Jones or Johnny Rotten pops it I am gonna burn something big in my own personal celebration. Something like Brixton.
