| Pragmatist Location: UK London Posts: 1,979 | Iranian oil bourse opening in September http://www.rigzone.com/news/article.asp?a_id=33773 Well, it looks as though the Iranian oil exchange will be up and running in September after being delayed from March. It will be the first Euro based oil market removing a fundamental barrier to the euro becoming a reserve currency which will threaten the dollar supremacy. The question is what is Bush etc going to do to attempt to stop Iran from doing this? Is it possible for the US government to intervene in Iran successfully when their own military advisers are saying there is no military solution for Iran? either way the next couple of months are going to get very interesting. I wouldn't recommend sex, drugs and insanity for everyone, but its always worked for me. Never think that war, no matter how necessary, nor how justified, is not a crime." (Ernest Hemingway) |
