| OF COURSE mb... I don't dissagree with you, this is the funny thing. He doesn't advocate the death and muder of billions of people... neither did buhda, neither did muhamad, or moses. At least not from what I understand. BUT! That doesn't matter... the popes through the adges let murder rain down from the sky becasue that is how they thought of whatever they were thinking. There are really evil people in the world who justify what they do through religion. Shall I bring up the popes aceptance of the holocost?
The idea that you can worship and that buhdists worship Buhda isn't quite right. Think about it like... like the jews and muslims and hindus think about jesus. They do not worship him in the way that christians do. You prey and give thanks and all that fun stuff to jesus. We don't... I don't pray to Buhda... I don't really worship him... I don't have a figurine, my chruch really doesn't,the figuriens are not sanctified... it's very different. You don't really even have services... or mass or whatever you call it. OOO It's a life style not a religion. There that is the best way to describe it. You can live the life of Buhdist and still be a christian. It's different, I can live in peace with the rest of the world... it's namly that other people can't seem to live at peace with me. Kinda ironic no? |
