I'd eat dog or cat if I were hungry. Its just animal meat.

Oh, it's really too bad, isn't it?

The Filipinos in Hawaii are known for eating dogs, particularly "black dog." And if I am not mistaken, the original Hawaiians, who are polynesians, had only two sources for mammal meat(except humans), Pigs and dogs. I bet dog meat tastes good if it has some nice herbs and spices. I wouldn't want to eat my own pet, but I would if it was necessary to survive. That would be far-fetched, though. There is plenty of food. Why not just eat what is familiar?

And tinybear, what is it with you and all these strange-o questions? I thought I was un-PC...but you take the cake. I don't think I like you.

Hey I thought since this is Volconvo, anything may be raised for discussion. What's wrong with the topics I've raised so far? I didn't come here to talk about the weather, did you?

We can't just eat what is familiar. America became great because of pioneers and their spirit of adventure.

Without controversey, this place gets boring. Come on, where's your sense of adventure? :p

Hey, you mean eating dogs and cats is legal in the US? I've never seen it done. Not even in the China Towns.
On the menu they call it chicken.

Some guy was arrested in Melbourne Australia for catching his neighboors dog, then putting it in a plastic bag with the intention of suffocating it then eating it.

I don't know whats with this "All Asians eat cats/dogs" and "All Africans eat shit" or "French people eat snails". I've been to France and North Africa, and grew up in Asia, and most of this is myth anyway. Some people do eat cats/dogs/snails, but it isn't a widespread thing.

Its like saying "All Americans eat fried cow shit".

That's theft.

How is it not theft? Is Australia really that different?

From a practical standpoint, even if you find something that legally belongs to someone else, if they claim you stole it, how are you going to prove that you didn't?
