I hope this poll, taken amoung both religious and those into philosophy, or from anyone passing thought this forum, will outline the true feelings people have about the topic of nudity in public places.

You can also add under remarks your religious opinions or your philosophy about the topic if it is not taboo for you to do so.

Sorry folks, the poll above was posted somehow in error such that the answers were not seperated as I intended them to be. Perhaps a monitor can correct that miss-posting goof? Otherwise, just make your view known under remarks, although I had hoped to give you the option of voting anonymously. Tech.

Sorry pooeypants but I have not researched a lot of the older postings that were before I got here.

Anyway my poll is not just a simple yes or not questioning and offers more options that can pin-point better the result I am hoping for.

I like the option on this poll better, it has more choices. I have to say that I've never understood why American's (sorry for the generalization) are so uptight about nudity... A lot of the rest of the world is still trying to figure out the whole thing about Janet Jackson's breast...

If we did not make such a big deal about nudity, it would not be a taboo, and hence lose it's mystery, its stigma, and a lot of it's current appeal.

For one thing it would sure do more than anything else to slow down the porn industry.

As long as the nude person is a hot chick with a good body. I don't want to see 500lb people walking down the street without clothes.

Regarding the plus minus of the pleasure factor.....

Anyone who has been to a nude beach can tell you, the 'I didn't need to see that' way outweighs the 'who hoo'.

The first thing most people think of is seeing the body beautiful walking down the street.

Next time you are in a restaurant, take a look around and imagine the people you see there naked. I bet you are in a lot more danger of losing your lunch than becoming aroused. :)

All I have to say regarding my thoughts on this topic is: Ewwwww!

I have no problem with nudity that people willingly subject themselves to seeing; but to allow public exposure is to not give anyone the opportunity of shielding themselves from displays of nudity that they would not like to see. I think that laws right now are considerate of both sides and should remain as they are.

I'm fairly tolerant of nudity and I'm also a girl, but I STILL can't get used to seeing women who breast feed their babies in public... Yucky.

niehter would go naked... so I don't have to worry about it, and I think seeing three naked people (mom dad and grandma... all of whom I have seen naked already) would be worth seeing tons of naked ladies.
