Theres so many different perspectives but it all comes down to quality, ask any business owner.

Quantity or quality in regards to the military? well thats still a bit vague. If I had the choice of 1000 well trained troops or 10 000 badly trained troops, gimme the 1000 any day. But if we're talking 1000 versus 1 000 000, hmmm...

Still, in general I'd still go for quality. In the Battle of Mirbat in the Oman, a British SAS squad of 8 men defeated 300 rebels, killing more than 70, for the loss of two men.

The latter, life beyond 40 doesn't appeal to me. At least you get to fill the meaningless gap's between none existence with something fun, like orgies and dissolving your nose. At the same time.

I think quality wins out in most situations. Obviously 10 U.S. Navy Seals won't overcome an army of 10,000 guerillas. But in most cases, such as one [insert your dream car here] versus five shitty cars or twenty one dollar bills versus one one hundred dollar bill, quality wins out. It's a rather dumb question, actually--you have to be more specific, even more specific than "military."
