The problem with that, is men tend to see an strong woman not their mother as either a new sexual conquest or a bitch. An exception would be someone like Golda Meir, who played off the grandmotherly matriarchal image well. Men especially resent taking orders from anyone they perceive as weaker than them, and it is natural that they'd perceive a woman as more likely to be weak than another man.

The aim of feminism is to change the perception that women are weak.
It hasn't happened yet, but I think it might happen eventually.

Zena's a bitch when she's not killing you, when she's killing you, she's a murderous bitch. Problem is, I'm relatively convinced that men naturally think of women as weak. Men value physical strength, which they'll never admit women have more of, and women aren't seen as rivals in the way another man is. It's only natural, since in prehistoric times, when we evolved,males are the ones a man would have to compete with.

That too, but then most people are slow witted and dull, I see no reason why it doesn't apply across the board. I just have more experience in a man's head.

Which is possibly why women will burst into fits of hysterical laughter when some men say they will never be their equal. After all who in their right mind would want to lower themselves to that form of equality.
