![]() Hot Lava Location: Iowa Posts: 835 | Philosophy Readings Many of the best philosophers copyrights and those of their estates, if they ever had them, have expired. As a result, many of their texts are floating around the Internet. I almost think there should be a "book club" or something where we read books (or at least chapters or certain paragraphs) out of the works of philosophers and discuss their merits. If entire books seems like a good idea, then we would probably have thirty day time limit for each book, then the thread for that book would start. If enough people are interested, I will start collecting links to non-copyright texts. A moral being is an entity for whom the disadvantage of others is an issue. – K.H.Y. |
