yes the smart ass will say not all of us are
but nevertheless a lot more are than are not
why is that
many guys know just how obsessed women are about having a relationship

they are probably more obsessed about relationship than they are about love

I would say some are.... some are all about the hype of the marriage, as being themselves as the center of attention, so to speak. They get to have a big diamond a bunch of people in Africa died for, they get a limo, some suck job of a man that can give them money, sex, and good looking kids if they want them, and the kids eventually can become collateral if they get tired of the relationship.

They enjoy planning the whole dam thing out like an orchestrated military operation. How long will the dating go on, when they will give it up, when they feel they should move in, when they should get engaged, date for the marriage, what the guy will wear, what she will wear, who will be the maid of honour, where to have the wedding, who will attend, what they will get in the wedding, where the honeymoon will be, what house, car, etc etc etc.....

No offense to my past relationships, but they all seemed to have had this thing in the back of their heads of some kind of planned control over their lives and perhaps they feel that in all the things they can't control, this is the one thing in their life they feel they have a right to control.

As I see it anyways.

2) Soap Operas
3) Talk shows
4) Romance novels

The four big influences that doom any potential relationship between myself, and any woman.
