In the end, it's a matter of standing up for your beliefs and standards regardless of the potential cost. If you're just going to knuckle under because you're going to face negative consequences, then your beliefs don't mean a whole lot to you in the first place, do they?

So yes, I'd rather burn in hell for all eternity than follow a sick, sadistic bastard of a God. No contest.
