If I told you to BAN tv, because it provoked violence, would you do it? No, because its used in your everyday life. Now take that into the form of Christianity. Why would you want to ban a book of morals? The boys you left, are men you didn't raise. |

Your comment raises the notion that a Biblical role model, as you called it, is "perfect" in every way; when in fact the Bible does not make this claim. The Bible does, however make the claim that God is willing to work with us; and within us. We do have some choice we can make there, as did all the "Bible greats." Quote:
