I'm Jewish by birth but I lean more towards atheism. Every religion believes that it is the chosen nation, and that's inevitable. Science and religion contradict in so many places and to top it all off, we're basing our lives on a 5,000 year old piece of paper that was supposedly written by God but, well, anyone who was around then to confirm that is past dead at this point.

I am interested in Buddhism, though. It just seems to.. make sense.

I look at Buddhism not as a religion, but as a philosephy.

It is spiritual, but not religious. I guess that is what appeals to me.

I believe that there is something beyond death. Whether or not it is as organized, and definite, as "heaven for good people and hell for bad people" is something that I don't want to subscribe to just yet.

Im Agnostic, but i do believe you go somewhere after death, weather its to the stars or to a "heaven" type place, maybe your reincarnated, maybe your sould just wonders the earth(if souls really do exist)??
