How long do you think it will take for bush to remind us to be afraid? How important it is for you to be afraid may be indicated by how early on, he trys to scare us.

I need to add one stipulation: If you say less than 5 (for instance) that doesnt include less than 2. And so on for the others.

He will mention it in the beginning to try to show triumph since 9-11, and near the end to show the need for "staying the course" of madness he has set forth.

Besides, it is the speech writer, not the boob speaking the nonsense.
