Does Planned Parenthood break the law?

It is obvious that you are grasping for anything to hang PP on in this case, and I would assume in anything they do. As a former Law Enforcement Officer (what ever happened to Peace Officer?) you are exhibiting the traits that show why the police are mistrusted, avoided and feared. You obviously don't like this organization and you're doing everything you can to try to pin something on them.

Personally, I don't even care about Planned Parenthood, other than, just like you in carrying out your duties, they are trying to do the best they can with what they have to do good. They are not evil people trying to destroy society. I don't really believe that such exists. They just disagree with you on the best way to help society. So long as they are not forcing anything on anyone, I would just as soon let them be in trying to do what they think is best. When they start using force and fraud to accomplish their goals, I'll stand side by side with you to fight them.

They are violating the family by giving children medical care/advice without parental consent, but then you want to hold the parents responsible for these same kids actions, do you not see that these laws and organizations are undermining the authority of the parents.

If the kid makes the decision without the parents, the kid is responsible.

I didn't say they were absolutely correct but, back to the topic, there is very limited evidence that they broke the law.

Due to the decisions of the people of California, things are to be different in the future as they have made such things illegal.

I'm really not sure that's better but, it's really hard to say when kids are concerned.

I'll settle for a single verified document indicating that ANYONE in Planned Parenthood is more concerned with income from what they are doing than what they feel is best for the people they serve.
