Hypothetical? You mean "disparaging"? Let's assume you do. If you disparage any group of millions of people (the Jews this, that Zoroastrians that) you're being a bigot, since individuals vary.

That isn't to say that you can't speak of general tendencies arising from culture or whatever. But you have to couch your remarks with due circumspection.

Methinks thou doth protest too much. There is nothing in the least bit "hypothetical" about the Stormfront article. It was posted on a Nazi site and it does attack folks soley because they are Jews.

As Sonart discussed previously, there are numerous reasons why Jews are involved in finance and the arts, among other industries. They were banned from owning land in Europe during the Middle Ages. Their religion required literacy and favored scholasticism. Accordingly they tended to be more urban and educated than the population at large. Not the sort of stuff you might find in www.stormfront.org or www.nsm88.com.

Maybe instead you should be asking yourself, why does the world hate Jews? Then look at this as a possible reason why. Is this a sufficient reason to hate a group of people? No. But why else would everyone hate these people?

If there was a great deal, surely you could provide some examples or evidence of these family trees that go back thousands of years. Or maybe they are hidden somewhere, or too fragile for my eyes to see or something.
