When Kerry muttered something about "crooked bunch of liars," why did Republicans ASSUME HE WAS TALKING ABOUT THEM??? Guilty consciences?

right, everyone knew kerry meant the dnc and the party hierarchy as well as the officials of the trade unions to which kerry was propagandizing...
