Though, on the other hand, it doesn't always need to be earth-shattering, sometimes just the intimacy aspect is a wonderful, satisfying thing. Making people go, "WTF?!?!?" since 1979.

| Bullets & Bracelets Location: Northwest Ohio Posts: 658 | Well, quite honestly, I didn't want to hurt his feelings. I felt like I'd be saying, "Hey, honey, you suck in bed, now let me show you how to do it right." Well, not really, but you get the idea. Besides, there were things he did that made up for it. ![]() But see, unlike some people who will go elsewhere if they're not satisfied, I put more value on the companionship and compatibility aspect of a relationship, and if it's great in the bedroom as well, that's just a plus. I don't feel like I have to finish EVERY SINGLE TIME, like I stated above, there's something to be said for just the intimacy as well... Maybe one of the other women can chime in and put a different spin on this if they can relate... Making people go, "WTF?!?!?" since 1979. |

To me, he should make sure that I get out of it what he did. But of course I do so in a nice way. Now, if I can't for reasons other than him (too tired, stressed, whatever) I don't let him keep working at it. The intimacy and the other aspects were worth the time, as you mentioned. but some of them are kind, caring, tender, sweet, soft, smooth, beautiful creatures which make life worth living. The hard part is just finding out which is which before its too late. Which is why its best take things slow and not let any parts of your anatomy dictate the progression of the relationship.

We are of different generations, and each has its own qualities. The one that I'm from says that we don't discuss personal sexual things openly. But, when I was your age we didn't swear (we said "cuss") on the TV or in the movies either. When I was a young man it was considered vary uncool for women to tell dirty jokes or to use "pool room" language. I'm not naive. I've taught in high school. I've heard the garbage language used by young people today. It doesn't seem to bother them. I see this as a degradation of our society. But I'm applying my morays to your language, which might be a non-fit. However, I am, who I am, and I will remain so. Until, that is, I see a need to change. Discussing personal sexual things in a public forum to me is not a reason to change. But since it's okay with you, then have at it. Can you include pictures?

I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered. -George Best, on being asked what he did with his footballing fortunes. |
