| moderat-e/o-r Location: boston Posts: 11,184 | i should be all done by the end of next summer.. at the worst, i'll be done by december, 2006.. not too far away. my decision to wait is more practical than anything else.. grad school + a full time job is pretty demanding, aside from life's day to day chores.. right now, i just don't want any extra stuff to have to worry about and add to my stress.. and by that point, none of our families will worry about whether/not we're "ready" to get married.. her family probably wouldn't care if i proposed now, but my family's a bit more conservative - they still love her though. heh.. but we've been living together for over a year now.. i like to say that we're "practically married".. and we have two cats together... our little family. |

![]() But in all seriousness though, why spend money? Some of the best things in life are free, like just spending time with one another. "I distrust those people who know so well what God wants them to do because I notice it always coincides with their own desires." . . . Susan B. Anthony

The article went on to say that this technique "could be carried to a ridiculous extreme". In other words if this technologoy works on people men could become obsolete. Just think, a society, a world of only females.... |

| Glad to be back! Location: Vernal, UT Posts: 1,725 | Well there are plenty of women who like men, so that's not likely to happen. Although is such a world of only women arose, I woudn't mind visiting it I'm sure enough of them would appreciate manly attributes to keep me buisy.Fixed ideas are like a cramp in the foot - the best remedy against it is to tread on it. -Søren Kierkegaard |

On another bent, there are lesbians who'd also like the ladies shown above. I concurr. I have a close friend (a gent) who said to me years ago. "We've been friends a long time. I'm going to admit something to you that I've never admitted to anyone before." "What's that?" I asked. Then he paused and whispered, "I'm a lesbian." "Me too", I admitted. I know; it's an old joke.... Last edited by Logjam; Sep 19, 2005 at 03:04 pm.
