Personally, I'm just waiting for the conspiracy theorists to start suggesting that this was launched by the Bush administration so they wouldn't have to talk about the environment. Or it was launched by the Bush administration so that maybe Europe would be a little more receptive to the War on Terrorism. Or it was launched by the Bush administration so that {insert wacky conspiracy theory here}.

Obviously the person writing this thread has no idea about the UK. Nobody in their right mind has ever claimed that there is no terrorist threat to Britain. There has been a threat for decades, now we just have one more.

Well, if they want to get us to panic, they can take a number and get in line with the rest.
