I was curious as to the veracity of the old claim that leftists are all young idealists not yet cynically destroyed by life. So far I know at least one person here is past thier 30s (gorgo) but i have no idea for anyone else.

and for the record I'm 17

No wonder I like you! NO offense to the (majority) young people in here, but I feel I relate better to people in my own 'decade'.
