It's not impossible. Almost the entire floor was an inferno and (due to the failure of spray-on fire insulation of the supporting trusses) most of the supporting structures lost their strength, as steel becomes weaker when heated, and the whole floor collapsed. Given the weight of the floors above pushing down, a cascade effect occurred and the thing came straight down looking remarkably like a controlled implosion. It's possible that if the planes had hit the very top floor the building might not have completely collapsed. This is the only similarity with a controlled demolition. Those charges are placed so gravity does the work and not the explosives.

There was no inferno. It takes a blowtorch to melt steel. Look the grates in you fireplace. I've had mine for years. Coals whose temp would FAR exceed the heat of the fire in either buildings sits directly on it for hours on end and they have yet to "melt due to fire". And at any rate, the building would have to fail in about a thousand different places all at THE EXACT SAME TIME in order for the building to fall the way it did. Besides, we have Silverstein on tape admitting they blew it up.

Roxdog, I have heard those recordings. They are guilty of demolition without a permit and a thousand other crimes {Fed and Civil} They had bombs planted WTC 7 and in North and South WTC, as well as the Murrah Building in OKC (I was the window washer at the Alfred P. Murrah Building in the early 80's{but that dont make me complicit})
