Guess it is a crime to have a close, fun relationship with your teen these days. NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A mother faces criminal charges after she hired a stripper to dance at her 16-year-old son’s birthday party. Anette Pharris, 34, has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and involving a minor in obscene acts. The boy’s father, the stripper and two others also face charges. “I tried to do something special for my son,” Pharris said. “It didn’t harm him.” more... http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/8022400/ |

Subjecting a young man to that kind of stimulation is no different than if he were publicly groped by an adult woman. The parents definately showed poor judgment. Crime? Well, without knowing more it's hard to say. If he were only a year or two younger it might be considered child abuse... Last edited by Imudman; May 30, 2005 at 12:35 am. Like it or not the law drew the line at 18 and the law has to be obeyed. Last edited by tinybear; May 30, 2005 at 04:11 am. |

As far as looking at boobs and such, parents can take any age of child to a rated R movie where a lot more is shown. | |
