Obviously, when it comes to things generally considered beyond the pale (murder, illegal parking, whatever) they're bound to be outlawed.

You don't think very logically, I'm afraid.

Just because cannibalism is outlawed for being disgusting, doesn't mean that everything else is also outlawed for being disgusting.

Things are outlawed for a variety of reasons.

And no one said 'the outlawing of the Jews' in Nazi Germany was because most Germans didn't care for them. It was because Hitler ordered the extermination of the Jews and that's why it happened. And Nono is right, you know. What's this got to do with the topic?
